About our Colombian Coffee:
Tolima Organic Coffee is produced in Cordillera de Calarma, a mountain peak in the Andes. The Tolima Department is known for its cultural heritage and diverse wildlife. Producers rely on coffee for income, alongside cultivating crops like sugarcane, beans, and cocoa. Each cherry is plucked by hand, treated carefully, and left to soak up the sun. Tolima stands tall as a coffee powerhouse in Colombia, boasting not one, but two coffee harvesting seasons each year! Our Tolima coffee has flavor notes of Raspberry, Strawberry, Dried Apricot, Cane Sugar, and Citrus Zest.
About our Mexico Coffee: Mexico Organic Green Coffee Beans are grown in the Chiapas Highlands, a region with nutritious soil and rainfall, and naturally shaded by a lush forest canopy. The coffee is grown naturally with an emphasis on conserving and revitalizing the land’s resources. The majority of farmers in Chiapas are smallholders who rely on cultivating premium coffee beans to sustain their livelihoods. Our Chiapas coffee has flavor notes of chocolate, almond, and red apple.
About our Ethiopia Roast: About our Ethiopia Coffee:Located in Yirgacheffe at elevations of 1900-2200 meters, Chelchele is known for its high-quality coffee with a unique flavor profile. Coffee trees grow under various tree canopies in nutrient-rich, clay soil, and are cultivated by smallholder farmers using organic practices. The coffee is processed naturally, where the ripest cherries are hand-sorted and sun-dried for 12-15 days. Ethiopian coffee is renowned for its vibrant fruit and floral notes, exceptional acidity, and sweetness. Favor Notes: Blueberry, Milk Chocolate, Vanilla, and Black Tea.
