Coffee has always played a vital part in Adam's life. His fondest memories are sitting around the table sipping coffee with his g-mom and parents while sharing stories and laughter. Coffee was always present during his childhood, and that tradition continues today. In fact, it’s a rare sight to see Adam without a cup of coffee in his hand.
Laura grew up in Colombia, the third-largest coffee-producing country in the world. In Bogotá, the aroma of coffee and freshly baked bread from local bakeries fills the air, making coffee an essential part of daily life. Although Laura has always enjoyed a great cup of coffee, her passion for it didn’t truly flourish until she married Adam in 2011. Together, they embrace the importance of hospitality and connection, ensuring that coffee is always a part of the gatherings they host for family and friends.

Coffee is one of the most heavily sprayed crops with pesticides, and many coffee brands offer low-quality products, stale roast dates, and even grind sticks into their coffee. That’s why in 2023, we decided to launch Regenerate Coffee Roasting Company. Our mission is to provide high-quality, organic coffee that not only tastes great but also supports sustainable farming practices. Through Regenerate Coffee, we aim to educate consumers about the importance of clean food choices and the impact of their purchasing decisions on the environment and their health.

Our coffee is organic, pesticide-free, single origin, sourced from fair trade farms, and harvested from micro-lots to ensure a fresh robust flavor. All of our coffees, have a cupping score of 85 or higher.
