    Located in Yirgacheffe at elevations of 1900-2200 meters, Chelchele is known for its high-quality coffee with a unique flavor profile. Coffee trees grow under various tree canopies in nutrient-rich, clay soil, and are cultivated by smallholder farmers using organic practices. The coffee is processed naturally, where the ripest cherries are hand-sorted and sun-dried for 12-15 days. Ethiopian coffee is renowned for its vibrant fruit and floral notes, exceptional acidity, and sweetness.
